A Ground Breaking Ceremony and project blessing took place on Sunday, July 10th, 2011 at the Russell Springs 1st Baptist Church for their new Christian Life Center. There were over 100 members of the congregation present for this event.
The new Christian Life Center will consist of 19,420 square feet with a full-size gymnasium, youth room, classrooms, concession area, and a connector lobby. Site work began on July 11th and the project has a 12-month completion date.
Branscum Construction is the general contractor for this project. Jonathan Smith will be the project manager and Chris Hudgins will be on-site superintendent.
