Branscum Construction Company was honored to be part of the Dedication and Open House Ceremony for the new Sunrise Manor in Hodgenville, Kentucky. The Open House took place on August 28th, 2011 with a large crowd from the community on hand to help celebrate and to have look at the new 2 story nursing home facility that consists of 142 beds. After the Dedication, all the attendees were invited to tour the new facility.

The new facility features 90,000 square feet with resident rooms, community areas; inside and outside, kitchen & dining room. There are also several administrative offices, nurse stations, a chapel, and a physical therapy room. 

The commitment of the Branscum Construction Team allowed Sunrise Manor to be completed on time and within Budget. The Project Manager for this project was Sandra Honaker and the Superintendents were Chris Hudgins and Jim Rock.  The Architect was Jerry Herndon.
