Groundbreaking for the New Industrial Spec Building in Metcalfe County

Branscum Construction is proud to be part of the First Spec Building to be constructed in Edmonton / Metcalfe County.

A groundbreaking was held May 24th, to officially kick off construction of the new 30,000 sqft industrial spec building. There was a large crowd on hand to help celebrate the great moment for Metcalfe County.

The Branscum Team is being led by Project Manager Casey Satterly and Superintendent Jim Rock. The new spec building is expected to be completed in November 2016.
