The Project Owner selects an architect to describe the project through plans and specifications, then Branscum Construction is selected through one of three methods- competitive bid, invited bid or negotiations. This traditional approach to construction involves the assembly of Branscum associates, selected contractors and material suppliers working under the direction of our project managers and superintendents. We have the capability of performing concrete placement, steel erection and rough and finish carpentry using our own personnel and we carefully manage all other subcontractors and suppliers to meet the project's goals.
