The new David L. Williams Southeastern KY Ag & Expo Complex consists of Pre-Engineered Main Building with conventional steel structure & masonry components. It has 5,000 fixed seats with additional space for 2,000 folding chairs on the floor. The building will be used for concerts, sporting events, trade shows and various other types of entertainment.

The facility has a 750 seat auditorium with a full height fly loft and a drop down orchestra pit. Project also includes a convention center with 40,000 square feet and additional meeting rooms. The 2nd & 3rd floors are office space. The 2nd floor was build with a raised floor deck for wire chase. The Center for Rural Development was the first in South Central Kentucky to be set up with world tele-confernce capability.
