This Harley Davidson is a new 40,000 sq. ft. proto type. The building is pre-engineered with metal wall panels inside & out with stained concrete floors. Custom painting on walls of the Storefront and on the Interior walls. The entry has beautiful rustic wood floors with ceramic tile. There is a Parts & Services Department, Showroom with a Design Center, Accessories & Apparel Section. There is also a rider's lounge with stone front fireplace and a fire pit outside.

A new High School on a 75-acre site.  A partial 2 story, lightweight insulating concrete/PVC membrane roof on parts & standing seam metal roof on the remainder of the facility.  Geo-Thermal heat system was installed.  A New Green House, Football, Baseball and Soccer Fields are also part of the construction.

This facility consists of 10 new classrooms, a large multi-purpose room, an auditorium that seats 750 and a natatorium with a competition size swimming pool.

This project was a complete renovations to the exterior of the school with an all new metal roof.  New administrative offices and gymnasium were added.  Also renovation where done to the old gymnasium to convert it to the cafeteria & kitchen.

This unique, "Y" shaped structure allows administration to look down both classroom corridors as well as the front entrance.  The building has a structural steel frame with brick masonry & EIFS facade.  Standing seam metal roof on the entire facility.  A bright color scheme was used throughout the school.

This project consists of the new construction of a 142 bed two story Nursing Homing.

New Medical Office Building.  This project's exterior consists of masonry brick, EIFS & standing seam metal roof.

The facility is designed around a pre-engineered building structure with block & dryvit exterior walls & metal studs & drywall interior.  Special ventilation systems monitor the humidity for the indoor pool & solid plasic doors & frames replace metal in this area as a guard against chemicals & corrosion.

This project consisted of designing and building a 29,000 sf facility that houses a 5,000 sf fitness gym, a 7,000 sf water fitness center, a 1,500 sf aerobic studio,and a 1,000 sf children's activity center.  This is community education facility with social areas, locker rooms, shower rooms and a 3,300 sf area designated for rehabilitation services that services the Hospital outpatient's needs.

This project consisted of adding a new surgery suite addition to the existing hospital facility.

This project consisted of constructing a complete nursing home facility.  The building consist of a kitchen, cafeteria, resident rooms, nurses stations and other related health care areas.

The new David L. Williams Southeastern KY Ag & Expo Complex consists of Pre-Engineered Main Building with conventional steel structure & masonry components. It has 5,000 fixed seats with additional space for 2,000 folding chairs on the floor. The building will be used for concerts, sporting events, trade shows and various other types of entertainment.

The facility has a 750 seat auditorium with a full height fly loft and a drop down orchestra pit.  Project also includes a convention center with 40,000 square feet and additional meeting rooms.  The 2nd & 3rd floors are office space.  The 2nd floor was build with a raised floor deck for wire chase.  The Center for Rural Development was the first in South Central Kentucky to be set up with world tele-confernce capability.

General trades package consisted of all concrete and carpentry, as well as demolition of both end zone bleacher system.  This project was on a fast track time line due to the one year completion date.

New Construction of a state-of-the-art raternity house with detailed woodworking throughout.  This project has the distinction of being one of the most elaborate Greek Houses on the campus of the University of Kentucky.

Renovation of an existing stadium, dugout and new brick fencing along the 1st and 3rd baseline.  Upon project completion, the stadium has capacity to seat 2,500 with new restrooms and ticket windows.

The Law enforcement Training facility is a large complex located on the campus of EKU.  It is at the center where law enforcement officials throughout Kentucky attend classes for training that enables them to become state and local police officers.  This addition is a three-story structure that houses modern laboratories an ampi-theater classroom, conferences areas, offices and administrative suites.  Other noteworthy features are a telecommunications center, fitness rooms and a computerized firearm training system.

In addition to the training facility, Branscum also managed the construction of a driving track where officers train for actual driving conditions in poice cruisers and a firing range for live ammunition practices.
