Vance MitchellVance Mitchell joins the Branscum Construction team as Director of Business Development. He graduated from Kentucky College of Business and also attended the American Institute of Management and Business Administration and US Army Logistics Management College. He spent 14 years with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts, managing their Facilities Department and overseeing $500 million dollars of capital construction. Several of which were Branscum Construction projects.

Vance has been married to his wife Kendra Mitchell since 1996. They have one son, Teron (19) who is a freshman at Western Kentucky University. Vance lives in Stanford, Kentucky and enjoys working out, sports, and anything outdoors.

When Vance was asked about his job he said: "I am very excited to be a part of this amazing company and I look forward to what our future holds."

Bryan PopplewellEarlier in 2016, Bryan Popplewell became the newest estimator at Branscum Construction Company. Popplewell is a US Air Force veteran, serving for six years as an Aircraft Maintainer. During his service, he earned an Associates and a Bachelor's degree. After his military service, he spent several years working in contract compliance for the Department of Defense. His construction industry career has included positions in the field, project management, estimating, as well as owning a sub-contracting firm.

Bryan was born and raised in Russell County and is grateful and excited to be able to raise his family, in his hometown.  Bryan plans to continue his education, working towards an MBA from Xavier University.
