Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. (CFMC), a Federally Qualified Health Center has selected Branscum Construction Company, Inc. as the Construction Managers for the new Russell Family Medical Center to be located on 404 Steve Drive in Russell Springs, KY.  

The new Russell Family Medical Center project will consist of two unique facilities; a clinic and administration building. The 19,185 sqft Clinic will consist of physician office space, 21 exam rooms, common area, and a community room.  The 9,695 sqft Administration facility will house CFMC office space. 

The anticipated bid date for the new Russell Family Medical Center should be late June with construction to begin immediately after subcontracts are awarded. 

Branscum Construction is honored to have been selected as the construction manager on what is sure to be a Landmark Project for Russell County and the surrounding area.  We look forward to the opportunity of working with the CFMC and their wonderful staff.
