The Project Owner contracts with Branscum Construction to provide both design and construction services. This "turnkey" process involves assembling a team of design professionals, architects, engineers and contractors to design and construct your project. From this single source process the Branscum Construction Team works with the Client's unique criteria to innovatively create methods that will effectively meet or exceed the expectations of the Client.
